The Ynot Sailing Fleet

We have a total of five keel boats in our sail training fleet. 4 Tanzer 22's and a Mirage 29. Both the Tanzers and the Mirage were built locally in Vaudreuill close to Montreal, Quebec.

Tanzer 22 Sail Boat

The Tanzers are an ideal boat for day sailing and short cruises though in the past we have spent several three week 1000 Island vacations on board including transiting from Montreal to Kingston via the St. Lawrence seaway and the locks.

With a large cockpit they easily accomodate 4 students plus an instructor.

Mirage 29 Sail Boat

With 2 closed cabins, standing head room, diesel engine, propane stove with oven, and small fridge/freezer this is an ideal boat for the live aboard Cruise and Learn format of the Learn to Sail series.

This is the boat we use for all the courses in the 1000 Islands. To ensure client comfort we limit the number of students to three.
