Learn to Sail Dinghies
We have courses suitable for the absolute beginner as well as the experienced sailor.

Bronze 4 & 5 are for sailors who have white sail 3 and are interested in developing their knowledge and skill.

White Sail (1,2,& 3)

We use CL16 dinghies for the whitesail courses. It is a stable boat and it's forgiving nature makes it ideal for beginners to learn.

During this course you will become comfortable handling a 16 foot dinghy under sail. You will learn to act in the capacity of skipper and also a member of the crew. On completion you will be confident in making safe, local, daytime, cruises in moderate wind and sea conditions.

Click here WS1 WS2 WS3 to discover the details of what you will learn. We believe that sailing is best learned on the water and therefore we spend as much course time as possible on the boat. Clients are encouraged to learn the theory at their own pace assisted by coaching from our qualified and experienced instructors.

Bronze ( 4 & 5)

For Bronze lV and V we use Laser ll's.They are a fast boat which is exciting to sail and is sufficiently challenging for the bronze sailors.

On successful completion of the course you will be awarded a Canadian Yachting Association (CYA) Certificate which can be used as proof of competency.
